Cooking for Health - St Austell

At St Austell, PL25 4QF. We will  prepare and cook a selection of healthy meals dependent on the needs of the group, Use basic culinary skills and talk about ways of making food in a healthy, cost effective way. Booking is essential. Please contact Jack on 07701 296 359.

Healthy Eating Session - St Austell

At St Austell, PL25 4QF. Healthy Eating Session  is an education session covering  the basic key messages  of a healthy balanced diet. Over the 2 hours we will cover: The Eatwell Guide, Appropriate serving sizes, How to read food labels, How to reduce fat/salt and sugar in your diet, Set a small healthy eating goal for the future. Booking is essential.
