Stuffed Baked Apples
4 eating apples
4 tablespoons raisins or other dried fruit
4 tablespoons oatflakes
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
100ml fresh orange juice
Pre-heat the oven to 100°C /Fan 180°C /400°F /Gas Mark 6.
Using a small knife, potato peeler or apple corer, remove the apple cores from each apple.
Stand the apples upright on a roasting tray.
Mix the other ingredients together and use to stuff the holes in the apples.
Pour the orange juice around the apples.
Bake in the oven for 20-30mins until soft and tender.
