Wholemeal sliced loaf
2 tablespoons milk
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 bunch of spring onion, finely chopped
red pepper, finely chopped
Pre-heat oven to 200°c/Gas Mark 6
Roll out the bread and cut to size with pastry cutter and place into the bun tin.
Mix eggs and milk in a bowl, add grated cheese.
Chop spring onions, peppers and tomatoes and add to the egg mixture.
Season with herbs.
Spoon mixture into pastry cases.
