400g can chickpeas
2 tablespoons olive oil
100g low fat soft cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove
1-2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
Drain and rinse the chickpeas and mash/blend them until soft. Add the remaining ingredients and mash them all together with the fork until you get a thick paste.
Season with pepper.
