Strawberry, Raspberry and Banana Smoothie

1 1/2 cups of orange juice
1 banana
1 cup of strawberries (fresh, frozen or tinned)
1 cup of raspberries (fresh, frozen or tinned)


Put all ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth and glossy.

You can use any fruit to make a smoothie including fresh, frozen or tinned (try to make sure it is in natural juice, not syrup) .  By adding a banana it helps to make a smooth consistency but if you don't like bananas, experiment with other fruit such as tinned pineapple.

You can also use milk or yoghurt as an alternative to juice.

Make sure the fruit is just covered by the liquid and blend away.
