Bread Sticks / Rolls
250g bread flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon quick acting yeast
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
150ml warm water
Pre heat the oven 200°c/400°f/gas mark 6
Put the flour, salt, yeast and oil in a bowl.
Measure the water into a jug.
Add the water to the bowl and mix with a large spoon until you have a soft dough.
Divide mixture and make into six bread rolls, or some bread sticks.
Put them on a baking tray and let them rise until they are twice as big.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with seeds.
