Weight Matters 12 week programmeWeight Matters  

Do you suffer with type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure or other weight related issues? This programme is most suitable for people who are either overweight or obese. It is a 12 week programme looking at nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change, aimed at providing skills, knowledge and confidence to help you manage your weight more effectively. MEND groupMEND programme  for 7 - 13

Obesity is one of the most serious health epidemics facing our society today with 1 in 3 children currently overweight or obese in the UK. MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition, Do it) is a 10 week programme aimed at children aged 7 - 13 years old who are overweight or obese. The programme will focus on the whole family making changes. Find out more about MEND.
